JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Hi friends, This post is little bit delayed but in the mean time, I come accorss so many people who ask several questions regarding how to find a  job.

In Pakistan, students are expecting and planning to start with high rank however when they tried, realize that they should have some kind of source or support of any person on high rank of this organisation. This is a bitter truth but it is not the only way

Every human being has its own quality, qualification and several hide secret of  capabilities which other do not have. Where we are lacking is patience and hard work. Both are inter related, patience with hard work give success. I would like to share a quote here “ I never ever loose, rather win or learn something” Don’t loose your hope before you actually loose it.

Perceptions are really different and interesting too. Some people think that this our destiny. Other said, I MAKE MY OWN DESTINY.

In my opinion, these perception must be in place somewhere, but DESTINY is a mixture of multiple deeds which we are related to each other. It starts from wakeup till sleep, your behavior counts with your elders, parents, sistors, brothers, neighbor so on and so forth. Have we ever think about our targets, I am sure, most of  us don’t have the target yet. If you do have, then it must be related with the money or ending up with the acheivement and accumulation of a lot of money. 

I am sharing an interview. Enjoy.

Our immaginations  is surrounding in limitations, we are not thinking out of the box solution.  MONEY is not the solution of all problems. There are a lot of things which money will not provide you. MONEY is the solution of many problems but not for all.  If I can give you the example, you can see the politicians, or many other wealthy people, are they satisfied with the amount they have ? If they are, then why they still need more money. It means that they are looking for soothe, satisfaction, deep sleep which are they not able to purchase from any where. Sleeping pills can give them few hour unconsciousness from the world but you can not called it a normal sleep. They indulge themselves to earn money that much that they forgot the reason of their creation.

You need to understand, what is “PROBLEM” and where is the problem. The word “problem “ is using by only those who are reluctant to face challenges. Mind you, life without challenges is nothing.  It is necessary to replace word PROBLEM with CHALLENGE. You have to face challenge till you are alive. Keep this thing in mind whether you are the richest person of this world even you will not ran away from challenges.

So why we are not working on, how to face challenges. If you are able to face them correctly, money is no problem for you.

 

You have to set your TARGET first. (A vision), then plan toward achievement, (A mission).

Is JOB is better or necessary then BUSINESS ?

The answer is very simple BUSINESS  is preferable but without capital or experience, it is not possible. (I don’t think so)

So let’s come to JOB. Ladies and Gentlemen, As I earlier said, THERE ARE JOBS IN EVERY ORGAINSATION ALL THE TIME WHO ARE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

Don’t loose your hope that there is only one way of getting JOB and that is “SAFARISH” a source .

Good and Professional Organizations always looking for skilled and qualified personalities so that they can achieve the targets. SAFARISHIES are existing in all organization but they cannot survive or not the likely people within the company if they are not able to prove themselves.

One of the young man enquire how to get management higher ranking jobs. Answer is simple, you have to have a qualification as per the requirement which must be include experience. But I have seen some of the companies that they hired directly a fresh graduate on a President level, but what happened then ? He took a lot to time to learn each and every process of the company to able a good decicion. Company spend a lot of amount on him and then he left the company and accept a better opportunity as he is now an experiance person.

My advise to move forward step by step and enjoy working on every working day, incease your knowledge in the respective field and prove yourself.You will get Money, respect, fame and every thing what you want. 

LIFE is not that easy, we will make it simple with simple steps, right steps on right time.

Increse your patience.

This is the first key of succress.

Dont feel Jealous with the success of others.

Beware of EGOISTIC Pride .

Humility is driven from the Latin word ‘Humus ‘which means ground & earth ,  hence the expression : He / she is down to earth .

We are all susceptible to egos but the key is how to admit and keep it in check and under control .

We all fall in the trap of Public approval but in reality we need only the approval of  ourselves in conformity with our values , ethics and what we believe in .

To summarise it in 4 lines :

Consistently craving for attention is a character defect. Constantly searching for public approval can be addictive. It would be most appropriate to stay away from people who flatter and praise. Best to stay grounded and realize that we are not the centre of the universe and the universe will continue to run long after you and I are gone.

Life is simple. Love God, love men. Seek to improve and work earnestly on our talents and skills. Celebrate successes but not too loud and not too long. Channel the fruit of our labour to help others. This keeps us in our place and is a key to long-term sustainable success. And trust me, this makes life worth living and we stay happier too.
